NTG Secure Transfer helps parties to send messages and transfer secured files without third party interference. After sending a message the sender and the receiver will get an e-mail notice from NTG Secure Transfer. There is a link at the e-mail, which helps to read the message with the right password.  NTG Secure Transfer keeps a journal of the state of different e-mails and shows if the messages have been read, attachments have been fetched and when something have been done to it.
